Excellent customer service right from the beginning of our transaction! Tanya answered the phone and was friendly, professional and efficient. She knew the products that I would need to replace my two, discontinued and malfunctioning openers, and we scheduled installation. Absolutely fantastic service. Arrived as scheduled, very friendly and honest. My opener was giving me fits. Mario told me there was life left in my opener and that it was not essential that it be replaced. Given the age of the opener, I had it replaced anyway. He did a super job. Incredible Price
One of the springs on our garage door broke. Not having the time to fix it myself, I called The Garage Door Doctor the next morning around 8am. After 5 minutes of conversation, we had an appointment set up for an hour later. Mario shows up and couldn't be nicer. He replaced both our springs, cables and greased the wheels all in less than an hour. Fantastic service and all done in about 2 hours from my call. Their speed and friendly service was great, but the best part was the incredible price that came with it. Top notch and we will be recommending them to others.

Respectful
We had an unexpected repair that was needed. Mario was able to make it out to our place the very next morning and take care of the repair. What I appreciated most was that he didn't try to upsell us on anything else. At my request he swapped out our rollers and replaced a section of track that was rusted, but advised that the other track was still servicable, and didn't need replacing. I appreciated his honesty and would whole heartedly recommend him. He was also respectful of our home, offering to take off his boots, which from experience doesn't always happen when working with repair people.

Fixed In No Time At All
A cable on my garage door broke and it was stuck open in freezing weather. I called a larger company and they could not get someone out to look at it until the next day. I then called Mario, and he was at my door in less than an hour. He had it fixed in no time. He also spent time with me, giving tips on maintenance and ideas of what my future needs may be based upon his review of the condition of the door. Great customer service!

Just had the Garage Door Doctor, LLC at my house. The minute he walked into my garage, he said "I think the gears are bad". After he took a look at the overhead box, sure enough it was the gears...They were shot! It only took about 20 minutes for him to replace the gears. Last winter our spring broke in our garage door and we didn't realize it until the next morning when we were leaving for work. Super people to work with
I can't say enough about these guys. They installed my Craftsman opener earlier this year. When it just recently stopped working, I called them and they spent three hours at my house trying to diagnose the problem. They spent forty-five minutes on the phone with Craftsman technicians, trying to fix this defective product. When I called Sears Warranty support three times to get a replacement, and got hung up on three times, they sold me a replacement unit and installed it in about ten minutes.
